拼接平板 用途：适用于各种检验工作，精度测量用的基准平面，拼接平板用于机床机械检验测量基准，检查零件的尺寸精度或行为偏差，并作精密划线，在机械制造中也是不可缺少的基本工具。铸铁拼接平板材料及处理：材料为高强度铸铁HT200-300，工作面硬度为HB170-240，经过两次人工处理（人工退火600度-700度或自然时效2-3年）使用该产品的精度稳定，耐磨性能好。
铸铁拼接平板精度：按国家标准计量检定规程执行，分别为0、1、2、3四个等级。
 
拼接平板技术要求：在拼接时采用直线连接，所以加工时拼接平板四个角必须是90?直角，在大型平板拼接工艺中，应采用准直仪进行检测，其精度和效率比传统平板拼接工艺要好。
　　拼接平板 优点： 由于大型铸铁平板(4000*6000—3000*8000mm)的精度达不到实际生产中要求，所以采用小规格铸铁平板拼接的方式来完成。这种拼接的方式对使用丝毫没有影响。解决了大型铸铁平板的生产，运输等问题，尤其是在动力试验等需要上，能起到分解平板所承受的纵向，横向扭矩等问题。拼接平板安装方式：安装步骤主要分为，进行拼接平板地基的测量检验—平板底部穿地锚器或地脚螺栓—平板地基就位—平板初调—平板灌浆—浆料凝固—平板精调—平板精度验收—平台外观验收。拼接平板是由地锚器或地脚螺栓两种主要调节方式调整。其次有调整垫铁调整，顶丝调整等。拼接平板调整后的表面精度根据调整面积和客户用途而定。
