铸铁工作台适用于各种检验工作，精度测量用的基准工作台. 铸铁工作台也用于机械工件检验测量中的基准面，检查零件的尺寸精度或行为偏差，并可作精密划线，在机械制造检验中是不可缺少的平面基准量具。
铸铁工作台 材质为高强度铸铁HT200-300，工作面硬度为HB170-240，经过两次人工处理（人工退火600度-700度或自然时效2-3年）因此该产品的精度稳定，耐磨性能好。
精度：按国家标准计量检定规程执行，分别为00、0、1、2、3和精刨六个等级
铸铁工作台的使用：铸铁工作台在使用磨损后，可以重新修刮恢复其精度。 铸铁工作台可用涂色法检验零件平面度，具有准确、直观、方便的优点。在经过刮研的铸铁工作台上推动表座、工件比较顺畅，无发涩感觉，方便了测量，保证了测量准确度。 铸铁平板的铸铁质量和热处理质量对平板使用性能产生较大影响：或因残存较大内应力使工作面变形；或因不耐磨损使精度不能保持；或因刮削困难得不到数值小的粗 糙度。因此使用铸铁工作台必须注意铸铁材料的选择，采用时效处理等方法消除铸铁平板的残余应力。

The raw material of the cast iron surface table is the high -strength cast iron HT200-300 ，whose surface hardness is of HB170-240.After the two manual handing such as 600℃to700℃artificial annealing as well as 2 to 3 years of natural aging, the T-slot has plate perfectly resists abrasion and has stable precision.
Precision accuracy:surface plates shall be classified as Grade 00,Grade0, Grade 1.Grade 2.Grade3 ,and finish polishing.
